Stephen M. Asmann, M.D.
Dr. Asmann received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his medical degree from the University of Miami. He completed his internship and residency training at Halifax Hospital, Daytona Beach, FL. Dr. Asmann is board certified in Family Medicine, and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

 
Memory Crowley, D.O.
Dr. Crowley received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University, and her medical degree from Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in North Miami Beach, FL. She completed her internship at the Universal Medical Center in Plantation, FL., and her residency training at Tallahassee Memorial Regional Medical Center. Dr. Crowley has recently completed her Fellowship in Integrative Medicine from the University of Arizona allowing her to offer traditional as well as alternative medical care choices to optimize your personal health.

 
Christopher J. Guzik, D.O.
Dr. Guzik received his undergraduate degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and residency training at Broward General Medical Center, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Dr Guzik is board certified in Family Practice, and is a member of multiple Florida and American Osteopathic groups. Dr. Guzik has a special interest in Geriatrics, Sports Medicine, and Osteopathic Manipulation. He recently returned from a tour in Iraq giving the same great medical services to our country that he gives to our community.

 
Gary Michael Winfrey, D.O.
Dr. Winfrey received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and is medical degree form LECOM-Bradenton. He completed his internship and residency at Florida Hospital East Orlando. Dr. Winfrey is board certified in Family Medicine. He also completed additional training in Functional/Integrated Medicine through the University of Functional Medicine and the Kalish Institute. He is a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

 
Kelley Winfrey, D.O.
Dr. Winfrey received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and her medical degree from LECOM-Bradenton. She completed her internship and residency at Florida Hospital East Orlando and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She also completed a Fellowship in Geriatrics at Winter Park Memorial Hospital.

 
Ivan L. Negron, M.D.
Dr. Negron received his undergraduate degree from the University of Puerto Rico Cayey Campus and his medical degree from the Universidad Central del Este in the Dominican Republic. He completed his internship training at Dr. Ramon Ruiz Arnau University Hospital in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. Dr. Negron is joining our practice after 27 year of service with the Federal Government. He is also fluent in speaking Spanish.

 
Russ Kane, PA-C
Russ received his undergraduate degrees from the State University of New York (S.U.N.Y). He has a medical technologist, registered by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP). He completed his Bachelor of Science Degree as a Physician Assistant at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia. Russ is certified by National Commission on Certification of American Assistant (NCCPA), and licensed by State of Florida. He has begun his 3rd year at Clermont Medical Center.

 
Sherri Sartin, PA-C
Sherri received her B.S. degree as a Physicians Assistant from Trevecca University, Nashville TN. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, is licensed by the state of Florida, and has a special interest in Womenís Health. Sherri is a member of the American Academy and Florida Association of Physician Assistants. She has been a Physician Assistant at Clermont Medical Center since 1997.
